The products run small, so size up. The shorts were extremely tiny—more like undergarments—and kept rolling up on my thicker thighs. If that’s the look you’re going for, you’ll probably like them, but they weren’t flattering or comfortable for me.
The customer service experience was even worse. I ordered two sets (navy and camo) and immediately contacted support to cancel the camo set. Instead, the AI support bot canceled my navy set—the one I wanted to keep. I had provided my order number and the correct email associated with my order.
When a human representative finally responded, instead of acknowledging the mistake, they blamed me by claiming I had provided the wrong email and confused the AI. They also said nothing could be done because the item was sold out. However, the very next day the sets were restocked and advertised as extra inventory from the Paris drop.
I’ve ordered from Body before, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering again.
